Major improvements made to both multi-select and dropdown filters

- This new feature has a significantly faster search speed
- This quicker speed is due to a query handled in the backend to retrieve values from the datasource according to the filter query.

- Add UI component to issue queries to the server when user initiates a “more search” option.

Administrators are now able to deactivate or reset a password for any user in their organization, as long as the user being removed is not present in other organizations.
As a user, I wish to have clear notifications of system events such as subscription modifications and file export, because sometimes it is unclear when a process completes or a change is made to my user account.
