Service Plans dictate what features users will have access to, for how long, and with what limits.
Service Plans are created at the Application level. Every Organization must be assigned a Service Plan in order to use the platform. Groups inherit the plan features and limits from their Organization.
| Plan Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Managed | These plans are managed entirely by the Application Admin who manually assigns the plans to their Organizations. |
| Paid | These plans are purchased directly by the end user (Organization Owner) through integration with Stripe. |
| Trial | Trial plans are used in conjunction with paid plans. New customers can be assigned trial plans to start with prior to purchasing their own paid plan. |
One Service Plan is designated as the default for the Application. New Organizations will be assigned the default plan unless chosen otherwise.
