New Features
In this release, our focus is on optimizing the Full Data Explorer’s performance and addressing valuable QA feedback, ensuring Nucleus is well-equipped to support customers with robust browsing capabilities for large datasets. To achieve this, we’ve designed and implemented new batched data queries, significantly reducing the load time by consolidating multiple facet requests into a single, fast index request. Additionally, we’ve introduced configuration options in the Dataset to enable a streamlined single query mode for various contexts. Several improvements have been made, including fixing issues related to Segment deletion and enhancing the facet selection popup to handle large counts seamlessly.
For administrators, we’ve enhanced support for additional aggregate metrics, allowing the calculation of share of distinct count, overall total, and overall total of count regardless of grouping. This is achieved through the implementation of optimized database queries, a robust backend query builder, and updates to the custom measure front-end for easy metric creation.
