May 10, 2022 Release

The Nucleus Team is excited to share with you the latest updates and improvements to our application.

Within Optix, we have added a new feature to free trials that locks data after 30 days. In other words, when your trial ends, you will still be able to see data from the past 30 days but will no longer be able to import or process any new data into Optix. However, these changes will not impact previously-made storyboards and data connections even after your trial has expired. We hope this will encourage you to upgrade to a paid subscription, but still allow you to see some of the benefits of using Optix even after your trial has ended.
During this sprint our team has also made some updates to the Nucleus platform. For example, you can now flatten measures in grouped tables to make it easier to view large amounts of data. While this feature was first introduced in a previous sprint, we added additional options for overall measure totals, so you can customize how you want to display and total your data. We have also improved how data is ordered data in our Redshift datasets, removing duplicates when a user is exporting his or her data.

Speaking of the file export feature, users can now export up to 500,000 rows of data at a time, which is a significant increase from our previous limit of 100,000 rows. We have also added the ability to export multiple files into one file with multiple sheets or into multiple different files, which should make it easier for you to work with your data.
We have also made a number of improvements to our Intelligent Agents feature. For example, you can now add measures and attachments to referenced content, and view attached CSV/Excel files in the sent history. You can also export multiple files into one file with multiple sheets or into multiple different files, and export a flattened group table. Live links now also support both raw and grouped tables.
Finally, there were also a few maintenance updates and improvements to our application. For example, we improved the quality of our intelligent agent screenshots and added support for special characters in intelligent agent data. We also added the ability to apply filters to data segments at the application level in Nucleus.

We hope these updates will make it even easier for you to use Nucleus and get the most out of our product. As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need any assistance. Thank you for using Nucleus!
